This session will present preliminary findings from a continuing research study designed to explore the efficacy of selected pedagogical methods in creating a learning climate for on-line leadership courses. Additionally, the session will address the optimal blend of pedagogical methods with technical design elements which are necessary to deliver an effective distance course. Recorded and real time segments of a graduate class for aspiring principals will be presented as exemplary practice.
